In all instances Website Returns MUST be made first in writing to info@danielscreenart.com
- I am happy to accept a returned product bought on the website for refund, providing the artwork bought online or gift product is returned within 14 days of receipt in perfect and resaleable condition i.e. unused, unassembled, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- As stated above, please email me in first instance before beginning the returns process.
- Please repackage any artwork or products bought with care using all the original packaging, as products that are damaged during transit to the return address will not be eligible for any refund.
- I recommend using a trackable shipping method via a trusted courier, or postal service to return your product. Returned products that are lost or damaged in transit will not be eligible for a refund.
- All customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to me at DS ART.
- Upon receipt of a resaleable returned product, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note that original shipping costs from DS ART are non-refundable.
- Any original ‘actual painting or drawing NOT a printed copy’, or custom handmade and/or personalised products including commissions, and gifts such as clothing i.e t-shirts for example are non-refundable.
